Anfield Attire Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Anfield Attire! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
All of our clothing items are made to order, which means each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on clothing items unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to return your items.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories still intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- All clothing is non-refundable or available for an exchange.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at [anfieldattireshop@gmail.com] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return is safely received.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. Clothing not included.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- All clothing as it is made to order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
