Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been accepted, items must be sent back to the return address provided (Please contact us). Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a return, items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any original tags or packaging where applicable.

Customers may try clothing on as they would in a shop. However, we may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this has reduced its value.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Your original standard delivery charge will not be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item.

These returns are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• Your reason for returning

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
